1920's Velvet Vintage Dress

This 1920's 2-piece vintage dress is done in plush orange velvet. It features a pleated skirt which is attached to a scooped neck slip. Top fits over slip/skirt. Bead work around neck and down the front in seed beads in Art Deco design (2 tiny beads missing). Some discoloration under arms. Bust 34, hips 38. Probably size 10/12. Other than mentioned, excellent condition.

Vintage White Blouse

This white vintage blouse has beautiful detailing! The collar and cuffs of the blouse give it an extra-special touch. The blouse is white and has a "V" neckline which is rimmed with a wonderful shawl collar. The collar is made from a stiffer material than the blouse and holds it's shape beautifully. The blouse has a center front button closure and is decorated with vertical pin pleats throughout the front and back. The sleeves are long and full. They end with wide, turned up cuffs (also made of a stiffer material). The cuffs have a two button closure and they too hold their shape nicely. The blouse is in very good condition, but does have a few small pinholes on the lower front edge which would not be seen if the blouse was tucked in (see Detail Views). The blouse measures approximately: bustline=36"; shoulder to shoulder=14 1/2" and length (center back neckline to hemline)=17 1/2". The blouse is very wearable.
